This webinar will focus on the use of the left hand in cello playing. Cellist and educator Lachlan Dent will provide insights into left-hand use, specifically in relation to anatomy, intonation, finger action, shifting, and vibrato. The insights are applicable to cellists of all levels. The webinar will give you material that you can use immediately in your playing and teaching, as well as conceptual foundations that you will be able to continue to investigate over the long term.

There will be a Q&A session towards the end of the webinar, giving attendees an opportunity to ask questions. After you have watched the webinar, you will be able to access your PD certificate. You will also be sent a link to watch the video replay and download any notes or presentation slides.
